At Luxury Furns, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted teak wood furniture. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. While we strive for perfection in every product, we understand that concerns can arise. Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of your investment.

1. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damage or Defect: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement.

  • Time Window: Any return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Important: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged in transit or have a verified manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom orders are made to specific dimensions, designs, or finishes.

  • Bulk/merchandise orders, unless items are damaged during shipping.

  • Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or color tone are characteristics of real teak wood and not defects.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. Here’s how the process works:

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

  • Partial Refunds: If a minor issue is identified (e.g., a small scratch or hardware issue), we may offer a partial refund or store credit.

4. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon delivery.

  • Notify us within 48 hours at support@luxuryfurns.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will either replace the product or issue a refund based on the damage assessment.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, the production process begins, and the order becomes non-refundable.

  • For custom and bulk orders, once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

6. International Orders

For international clients:

  • We currently ship globally (except select Asian countries).

  • Returns are not accepted for international orders unless there is transit damage.

  • Please ensure all dimensions, finishes, and shipping policies are fully reviewed before placing your order.
